About Production
We keep raising our craftsmanship standard with every set of apparel armor we craft. Each item now undergoes 7 stages of meticulous fabrication:
- Laser cutting
- Initial stitching
- Chemical boiling wash & ageing
- Secondary reinforcement stitching
- Button installation
- Graphic printing
- Final quality inspection
This intricate workflow takes considerable time. Our current production capacity is limited, so I personally join the manufacturing process to refine every single detail to perfection.
